Welcome to QuiteGuud Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide creative services (including branding and web design), monthly support subscriptions, and digital products. By accessing our website quiteguud.com or purchasing our services, you (“the Client” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Custom Projects: The scope of any bespoke project (e.g., logo design, website build) will be defined in a separate Proposal or Quote. Any work requested outside this scope (“Scope Creep”) will be charged at our standard hourly rate of $55 USD for Design and $65 USD for Development.
Digital Products: Downloadable items (templates, assets) are licensed for individual use and must not be resold or redistributed.
Monthly Support Terms: Our Monthly Support plan starts at $870 USD per month. By purchasing this plan, you agree to a minimum commitment period of 6 months.
Billing & Auto-Renewal: You will be billed automatically every 30 days. After the initial 6-month term, the subscription will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription after the initial 6-month commitment period has ended. To prevent auto-renewal, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Consultations: If you book a consultation call, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a forfeiture of the meeting fee or a re-booking charge.
Project Slots: When you book a project slot in our calendar, a non-refundable deposit (typically maximum 50%) is required to hold your date. If you cancel or delay the project start date within 7 days of the start, this deposit is forfeited to cover the lost scheduling time.
Payment Schedule (Custom Projects): For services, payment is typically due in installments: 50% non-refundable deposit to book, and the remaining balance upon completion or at specific milestones.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 14 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month. We reserve the right to pause all work if payments are outstanding.
Digital Goods: Full payment is required before any download links are released.
Monthly Support Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in our partnership. During your first month, you have a 7-day trial window. If you feel we aren’t the right fit within these first 7 days, you may cancel the 6-month commitment immediately.
In this event, we will retain a 25% service fee (covering onboarding and initial work) and refund the remaining 75% of your payment. After 7 days, the standard 6-month commitment applies in full.
Custom Services: Aside from the specific subscription guarantee above, no refunds are given for time already spent on custom projects. If you terminate a project early, you will be billed for all hours worked up to that point.
Digital Products: As per industry standard, all sales of digital files are final. We cannot offer refunds once files have been sent or downloaded.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment of all invoices, ownership of the final approved designs is transferred to the Client.
QuiteGuud Rights: We retain the right to use all work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of preliminary drafts, unused concepts, and our underlying tools/methods.
Timely Feedback: You agree to provide feedback, content (text/images), and approvals in a timely manner. Delays by the Client may result in the project being moved to the back of our queue or incurring a “restart fee.”
Permissions: You guarantee that any elements (text, images, fonts) you provide to us do not violate the copyright of any third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuiteGuud Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
